Over the years Chef Rosendale has provided cooking demonstrations for 10 to 500 guests. His presentations are always informative and exciting and sure to keep the audience on the edge of their seats. The Chef is available for off-premises classes, as well as the monthly classes at the restaurant. See below for the upcoming Schedule.

The Food and Wine Cooking Classes begin at 6:00 P.M. Each class is $100.00 and includes demonstrations, recipes, dinner, wines, tax, and gratuity. Please call to confirm your reservation. Any cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to the class will be charged $49.00.
